Manpower & Machine Installation
Trained crews when you need them, and the mechanical expertise to get your machinery erected, aligned, commissioned and running to spec.
People and Precision, On Demand
Plants rarely fail for want of equipment — they fail for want of the right hands at the right time. We supply both: vetted industrial manpower on flexible terms, and specialist mechanical teams for erection and commissioning work.
Every deployment comes with supervision, statutory compliance, PPE and a named coordinator you can call.
- Skill-tested trades — no unverified labour sent to your site.
- PF, ESI, insurance and wage compliance managed by us.
- Shutdown and turnaround crews mobilised at short notice.

Erection, Alignment & Commissioning
New line arriving? Old line moving? We unload it, foundation it, align it, wire it and run it until it holds tolerance.
- Unloading & rigging — cranes, skidding and safe positioning.
- Foundation & grouting — anchor bolts, levelling and epoxy grout.
- Alignment — laser alignment of shafts, couplings and conveyors.
- Utility hook-up — power, air, water, steam and control cabling.
- Trial runs — no-load and load testing with documented results.
- Relocation — full plant shifting, from dismantling to restart.
Tell Us What You Need On Site
Number of people, trades, duration and location — or the machine make and model if it is an installation job. We will confirm availability and rates.
For standard trades in our operating regions, typically within 48 to 72 hours. Specialist crews and large shutdown teams need about a week's notice.
We do. PF, ESI, workmen's compensation insurance, wage registers and attendance records are all maintained by us and available for your audit.
Regularly. We work from the OEM's installation manual and coordinate with their commissioning engineer where one is appointed.
